Money Back Guarantee on Course Acceptance

Each CE course page provides a "Course Acceptance List". We provide a money back guarantee within 90 days that credits from our course will be accepted as per "Course Acceptance List". If your credit is rejected then contact us within 90 days of date of purchase and we will issue a refund of your post-test price. If you purchased an E-Book & Post-Test combo then we will issue refund of post test portion of combo.

Post-Test Refund

Our online testing is easy and user friendly. As per ARRT rule, You receive 3 test attempts. If you fail all three attempts then we will issue refund of your post-test price as long as your 3rd/last attempt was within 31 days of the date of purchase. If you purchased an E-Book & Post-Test combo then we will issue refund of post test portion of combo. We cannot process a post-test refund for in-progress or passed test. You must terminate or fail the test in order to get refund. Our post-test refund policy is 31 days. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment originally used to make the purchase.

Lowest Price Promise

We regularly scan internet to ensure that our prices are lowest for identical course and credit. If you find lower price then please contact us. We will match it. 

Refund & Returns
Our refund policy is 31 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. E-Book is exempt from being returned. E-Book and E-book codes cannot be returned because our E-book supplier does not accept return or exchange (note: We are currently exploring ways to improve our e-book return policy).

Book Refund (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. You will be charged shipping cost.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us If you need to exchange it for the same item.
